Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork, Jerk Fish are cooked in the traditional-style, on open-air barbeques over pimento wood. Side dishes include festival, rice n peas, roast yam, breadfruit, corn  and potato. A variety of beverages are available to temper the spicy flavor.
